Help with old bad knees

Hello – I would like to say thank you for the part your company is playing in helping me go from barely able to climb stairs to being able to train to be healthy and stay fit. I have attached a couple of pictures that show my progress. When I came to require your services I was told (by Doctors) that it would be in my best interest to limit my fitness training and exclude leg workouts that would affect my knees joint, no squats etc.
Today I completed 5 sets of 15 reps, on the incline squat machine, with 540 lbs. Not bad for a 57 year old with bad knees.
